Widely speaking, these some ideas to improve English language command for competitive exams. Evolve yourself with English, everything you pass through your daily life, try to make those all in English.

·         Do extensive use of supportive tools of technology. Like dictionaries, translators, learning videos etc. Don't let yourself assume the meaning of the word you don't know exactly. Make a habit to refer dictionaries often. Keep it handy.

·         Suppose you have habit of reading newspaper everyday then refer English newspapers only.

·         If you turn on television, watch English channels. It can be anything you like, vary from cartoon to international news.

·         Read numerous books in English which belongs to your area of interest.

·         Start putting your thoughts on paper, write short stories, articles, blog, any new thought come to your mind. This can be helpful to improve writing skill. By that you will have more chances to perform better at writing section of your exam. Even you can practice it by answering various question you know .This is a bit difficult to practice but of much help if you could do. Try to frame your thought in English. Do your thinking in English though it is not your mother tongue and let it come outside.

·         Dare to speak it. Don't be too much concern for it truthfulness. If it would goes wrong, you will learn something.

·         While standing silently besides other's conversation, try to translate those conversation in English and think over how the same conversations could have spoken more sufficiently.

·         If you found yourself lack of vocabulary at any moment performing any of suggestion above, refer dictionary as soon as possible.
